Problem
Following a successful career in delivering large scale transformation within tech firms across APAC, Arlene Wherrett made a shift into executive leadership coaching.
A qualified strengths coach with a growing client base, Arlene needed to establish a digital presence and brand for her coaching business – Titaniam.
Although she is a confident writer, Arlene knew she wasn’t so savvy with digital marketing, and so was looking for a copywriter to help transform her ideas into compelling webcopy that reflected her voice and points of differentiation.
Solution
We started with a briefing session to explore the target market, tone of voice, brand story and key messages Arlene wanted her website to convery. We also discussed her typical client journey from awareness to contract, and how her website would support that.
I took the insights from this session and drafted her website copy. After two rounds of revisions and a couple of conversations to finalise the messaging, the copy was sent to the website designer for publishing.
Once the copy had been built into the website, I did a final proofread to check everything was ready to go live.
Impact
The Titaniam website is live and has given Arlene the digital presence she needed to announce her new business to her network.
