Infinite Business Solutions helps small-medium businesses boost their profitability and growth by improving their systems and simplifying operational processes

Having recently established the business and not yet ready to invest in a website, Mananging Director Jacqui Bettio needed some marketing collatoral she could share with propsective clients.

And that is where I came in.

Jacqui and I met via Zoom to discuss her requirements – she wasn’t exactly sure what kind of document she wanted and was still working through her service offerings.

We talked about her target market, her expertise and points of differentiation, and where she really felt she could add most value to her clients.

Off the back of the briefing session, I crafted a Services Guide for Infinite Business Solutions. Content included:

• Personal intro (written in Jacqui’s voice) explaining the purpose behind Infinite Business Solutions and how she can help
• Overview of the challenges most small businesses face in optimising their systems and processes
• Overview of services
• Why businesses should choose to partner with her
• Testimonials
• Call to Action

The new marketing collateral gave Jacqui clarity about her key messages and how to communicate her value and services. She quickly used parts of her personal intro to update her LinkedIn profile. It also gave her something tangible to share with prospective clients.

Jacqui was so happy with the content that she asked me to work on a second piece of collatoral focused on a specific service she was developing for a highly specialised niche market.
